In this court, other counsel is added as a Standard case contact. You cannot see a Standard contact's name or email address unless you are connected to that contact.

As a result, the name and email address of the other counsel you select will not be visible to you in either the Case Contacts or Service Recipients section as long as they remain a Standard contact.
